The Association is made up of Principal Officers – Chairman, Secretary, Membership Officer, Contest Secretary, Junior Contest Secretary, and Treasurer. The Officers are supported by members of general Committee.  Election of Officers takes place yearly, at the AGM which is usually the first Friday in March.
